We propose a generalization of equilibrium statistical thermodynamics,
which include quantum effect on macroscopic level. Effective temperature
takes into account both quantum and thermal statistical contributions.
Effective entropy does not turn to zero in the limint of low
temperature.
The traditional quantum statistical mechanics is shown
to be a quasi-classical approximation, in which both action and entropy as
well as their ratio tend to zero in the limit of low temperature.
