The foudations of mathematical model for the slightly noninertial frame of reference

The mathematical model, which permits to study the movement of massive
bodies and propagation of electromagnetic waves in the Earth's frame
of reference is formulated.
This model includes: the rotation of the Earth around its axis, the in
uence
gravitational eld of Earth, Sun, Moon and planets.
