EFFICIENCY OF GAMMA-QUANTA WITH ENERGY OF 0.5-3.0 MEV REGISTRATION BY THE HPGe DETECTOR CANBERRA GC3019

Main features of semiconductor detectors are outlined. Measurement of monochromatic
gamma-quanta streams with energy of 0.5-3.0 MeV spectra by the HPGe detector Canberra
GC3019 was simulated. Interrelation of fotopeak, Compton plateau and single and double escape
peaks sizes was investigated. Different projects of coincidence circuit and their effect on the
efficiency of gamma-quanta spectrum measurements were analyzed.
