ABOUT $\Theta^{+}$ PENTAQUARK CREATION MECHANISM

The possibility of the $\Theta^{+}$ resonance states appearing in nucleon-nucleon and photon-nucleon interactions has been considered. The values estimation of measurable variables, which allow the $\Theta^{+}$ observing, has been obtained.
